Availability

All vehicles are subject to prior sale and availability. We reserve the right to remove or amend vehicle listings at any time without notice.

Pricing

Vehicle prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and may be changed without notice until a deposit has been accepted.

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable if the customer changes their mind or fails to complete the purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law.

Warranty

Unless expressly stated in writing, no commercial warranty or guarantee is provided with any vehicle. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under applicable consumer legislation. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Part Exchange

Part exchange vehicles are accepted subject to inspection. Any valuation is provisional until the vehicle has been examined.

Test Drives

Valid driving licence and proof of insurance may be required before any test drive.
